DarjiBook is a digital register app for tailors and garment shops. It helps you manage customers, track orders, store measurements, generate invoices, manage staff, and back up your data to Google Drive — all from your phone.
GeneralDo I need internet to use DarjiBook?▼
No. DarjiBook works completely offline. Internet is only needed for Google Drive backup or restore.
GeneralIs DarjiBook free?▼
Yes. All features — customer management, order tracking, measurements, invoices, and Google Drive backup — are free.
GeneralWhich languages are supported?▼
DarjiBook supports English, Hindi, and Gujarati. Change language anytime from Settings → App Settings.
Orders & Customers
OrdersHow do I add a new customer?▼
Go to the Customers tab, tap +, and enter name and phone number. You can then add body measurements from their profile.
OrdersCan I store measurements for different garment types?▼
Yes. DarjiBook supports custom garment templates (Shirt, Pant, Suit, Lehenga, etc.). Manage templates under Settings → Garment Templates.
OrdersHow do I track order status?▼
Each order has a status: Pending, Processing, Completed, or Delivered. Status labels display in your chosen language.
BillingCan I generate and share invoices?▼
Yes. DarjiBook generates a professional PDF invoice for any order that you can share via WhatsApp, email, or any app. Invoices can include your shop logo and GST number.
OrdersWhat are audio notes?▼
You can record a short voice note on any order for special instructions like "loose fitting" or "same as last time." Audio is saved locally with the order.
Data & Storage
DataWhere is my data stored?▼
All data is stored only on your device. Nothing is sent to any server. Your data belongs entirely to you.
DataWhat happens if I uninstall the app?▼
Uninstalling deletes all local data. Enable Google Drive backup first so you can restore later.
DataHow do I reset the app completely?▼
Go to Settings → App Settings → Account → Logout & Reset. This clears all data and cannot be undone.
Backup & Restore
BackupHow does Google Drive backup work?▼
DarjiBook saves your backup in a private, hidden folder in your Drive (appDataFolder) that no other app can access. Backup manually or set a schedule from Settings → Google Drive Backup.
BackupHow do I restore on a new phone?▼
Install DarjiBook, tap Connect Google Drive during onboarding with the same account, then tap Restore Backup. All data will be restored automatically.
BackupCan I set automatic backups?▼
Yes. In Settings → Google Drive Backup, set the strategy to Scheduled and choose a time. Backup runs automatically the first time you open the app after that time each day.
BackupDoes DarjiBook access my other Drive files?▼
No. DarjiBook only accesses its own private appDataFolder. It cannot see or touch your personal photos or documents.
Staff
StaffCan I track staff salaries and payments?▼
Yes. Add staff members, assign monthly salaries, record payments, and track how many orders each staff member completed for piece-rate calculation.

ऑर्डर और ग्राहक
ऑर्डरनया ग्राहक कैसे जोड़ें?▼
Customers टैब पर जाएं, + बटन दबाएं और नाम व फोन नंबर डालें। फिर उनकी प्रोफाइल से माप जोड़ सकते हैं।
ऑर्डरक्या अलग-अलग कपड़ों के माप अलग से स्टोर कर सकते हैं?▼
हाँ। DarjiBook में कस्टम टेम्पलेट हैं (शर्ट, पैंट, सूट, लहंगा, आदि)। Settings → Garment Templates से टेम्पलेट मैनेज करें।
ऑर्डरऑर्डर की स्थिति कैसे ट्रैक करें?▼
हर ऑर्डर की स्थिति होती है: पेंडिंग, प्रोसेसिंग, पूरा हुआ, या डिलीवर हुआ। स्थिति चुनी गई भाषा में दिखेगी।
बिलिंगक्या इनवॉयस बना और शेयर कर सकते हैं?▼
हाँ। DarjiBook किसी भी ऑर्डर का प्रोफेशनल PDF इनवॉयस बनाता है जिसे WhatsApp, ईमेल या किसी भी ऐप से शेयर किया जा सकता है। इनवॉयस में दुकान का लोगो और GST नंबर भी जोड़ सकते हैं।
ऑर्डरऑडियो नोट क्या होता है?▼
किसी भी ऑर्डर पर आप छोटी आवाज़ रिकॉर्ड कर सकते हैं — जैसे "ढीला रखना" या "पिछली बार जैसा"। ऑडियो ऑर्डर के साथ आपके फोन में सेव रहती है।
डेटा और स्टोरेज
डेटामेरा डेटा कहाँ सेव होता है?▼
सारा डेटा केवल आपके फोन में सेव होता है। कोई भी जानकारी किसी सर्वर पर नहीं भेजी जाती।
डेटाऐप अनइंस्टॉल करने पर क्या होगा?▼
अनइंस्टॉल करने पर सारा लोकल डेटा डिलीट हो जाएगा। पहले Google Drive बैकअप जरूर लें।
डेटाऐप पूरी तरह रीसेट कैसे करें?▼
Settings → App Settings → Account → Logout & Reset पर जाएं। यह सारा डेटा मिटा देता है और पूर्ववत नहीं किया जा सकता।

बैकअपGoogle Drive बैकअप कैसे काम करता है?▼
DarjiBook आपके Drive में एक निजी फोल्डर (appDataFolder) में बैकअप सेव करता है जिसे कोई अन्य ऐप नहीं देख सकता। Settings → Google Drive Backup से मैनुअल या शेड्यूल्ड बैकअप सेट करें।
बैकअपनए फोन पर डेटा कैसे रिस्टोर करें?▼
नए फोन पर DarjiBook इंस्टॉल करें, ऑनबोर्डिंग में Connect Google Drive दबाएं (उसी अकाउंट से), फिर Restore Backup दबाएं। सारा डेटा वापस आ जाएगा।
बैकअपक्या ऑटोमेटिक बैकअप सेट कर सकते हैं?▼
हाँ। Settings → Google Drive Backup में स्ट्रेटेजी को Scheduled करें और समय चुनें। ऐप खोलने पर उस समय के बाद बैकअप अपने आप होगा।
स्टाफ
स्टाफक्या स्टाफ की सैलरी और पेमेंट ट्रैक कर सकते हैं?▼
हाँ। स्टाफ जोड़ें, मासिक सैलरी सेट करें, पेमेंट रिकॉर्ड करें और हर स्टाफ के पूरे किए ऑर्डर भी ट्रैक करें।

ઑર્ડરનવો ગ્રાહક કેવી રીતે ઉમેરવો?▼
Customers ટૅબ પર જઈ + બટન દબાવો. નામ અને ફોન નંબર ઉમેરો. પ્રોફાઇல પરથી શારીરિક માપ ઉમેરી શકો.
ઑર્ડરજુદા જુદા કપડાંનાં માપ અલગ-અલગ સ્ટોર કરી શકાય?▼
હા. DarjiBook કસ્ટમ ટેમ્પ્લેટ્સ (શર્ટ, પૅન્ટ, સૂટ, લેહેંગા વગેરે) ને સપોર્ટ કરે છે. Settings → Garment Templates થી મૅનેજ કરો.
ઑર્ડરઑર્ડરની સ્થિતિ કેવી રીતે ટ્રૅક કરવી?▼
દરેક ઑર્ડરની સ્થિતિ: Pending, Processing, Completed અથવા Delivered. સ્થિતિ પસંદ કરેલ ભાષામાં દેખાશે.
બિલિંગઇન્વૉઇસ બનાવી શેર કરી શકાય?▼
હા. DarjiBook કોઈ પણ ઑર્ડર માટે PDF ઇન્વૉઇસ બનાવે છે. WhatsApp, ઇ-મેઇલ કે કોઈ પણ ઍપ પર શેર કરો. ઇન્વૉઇસ પર દુકાનનો લોગો અને GST નંબર પણ ઉમેરી શકો.
ઑર્ડરઑડિઓ નોટ શું છે?▼
ઑર્ડર પર ટૂંકી વૉઇસ નોટ રેકૉર્ড કરી શકો — જેમ કે "ઢીલો રાખવો" અથવા "ગયા વખત જેવો". ઑડિઓ ઑર્ડર સાથે ફોન પર સેવ રહે છે.
ડેટા અને સ્ટોરેજ
ડેટામારો ડેટા ક્યાં સ્ટોર થાય છે?▼
બધો ડેટા ફક્ત તમારા ફોન પર સ્ટોર થાય. કોઈ સર્વર પર કશું મોકલવામાં આવતું નથી.
ડેટાઍપ અન-ઇન્સ્ટૉલ કરવાથી શું થાય?▼
બધો સ્થાનિક ડેટા ડિલીટ થઈ જશે. પહેલાં Google Drive બૅકઅપ ઉપર ચઢાવો.
ડેટાઍપ સંપૂર્ણ રીસૅટ કેવી રીતે કરવી?▼
Settings → App Settings → Account → Logout & Reset પર જાઓ. આ બધો ડેટા ભૂંસી નાખશે, જે પૂર્વવત ન થઈ શકે.
બૅકઅપ અને રિસ્ટોર
બૅકઅપGoogle Drive બૅકઅપ કેવી રીતે કામ કરે?▼
DarjiBook તમારા Drive ના ખાનગી ફૉલ્ડર (appDataFolder) માં બૅકઅપ સૅવ કરે છે — અન્ય કોઈ ઍપ આ ફૉલ્ડર જોઈ શકતી નથી. Settings → Google Drive Backup થી મૅન્યૅઅૅલ અથવા શૅડ્યૂલ સૅટ કરો.
બૅકઅપનવા ફોન પર ડેટા કેવી રીતે રિસ્ટૉર કરવો?▼
નવા ફોन पर DarjiBook ઇન્સ્ટૉલ કરો. ઑનબૉર્ડિングમાં Connect Google Drive દબાવો (એ જ ઍકાઉન્ટ), પછી Restore Backup. બધો ડેટા ઑટૉ-રિસ્ટૉર થઈ જશે.
બૅકઅપઑટૉ-બૅકઅપ સૅટ કરી શકાય?▼
હા. Settings → Google Drive Backup માં strategy Scheduled કરો અને સમય ચૂઝ કરો. ઍપ ખૂલે ત્યારે એ સમય પછી ઑટૉ-બૅકઅપ થઈ જશે.

સ્ટાફસ્ટાફ ની સૅલૅરી અને ચુકવણી ટ્ૅૅક કરી શકાય?▼
હા. સ્ટાફ ઉમેરો, માસિક સૅલૅરી સૅટ કરો, ચૂકવણી નોંધો અને દરેક સ્ટાફ ના ઑર્ડૅર ટ્ૅૅક કરો.
