Privacy Policy – DarjiBook

📋 Overview

DarjiBook is a local-first tailoring management app. All your business data lives only on your device. We run no servers and collect no analytics.

✅ DarjiBook does not transmit any personal or business data to any server.

🗄️ Data Stored Locally on Your Device

Customer names, phone numbers, and body measurements
Order details, garment types, pricing, and delivery status
Invoice records and order photos / media
Staff names, roles, and payment records
Audio notes attached to orders
Custom garment templates and pricing
App preferences: theme, language, backup settings

This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly enable Google Drive backup.

☁️ Google Drive Backup (Optional)

If you enable backup, DarjiBook will:

Request access to your Google account via Google Sign-In (OAuth 2.0)
Upload backup files to a private, app-only folder (appDataFolder) — invisible to all other apps
Never access, read, or modify any other files in your Google Drive

Your Google credentials are managed entirely by Google. DarjiBook never sees or stores your password.

You can disconnect Drive and delete all backups anytime from Settings → Google Drive Backup.

📸 Camera, Gallery & Microphone

Camera / Gallery – to attach order photos or your shop logo to invoices
Microphone – to record optional audio notes on orders

All media is stored only on your device and included in Drive backups if backup is enabled.

🚫 What We Do NOT Collect

No analytics or usage data
No advertising or tracking SDKs
No transmission of personal data to our servers
No sharing of your data with any third parties

🔒 Data Security

Local data security depends on your device's own security (PIN, biometrics, encryption). We recommend keeping your device locked and up to date. Google Drive backups are secured by Google's own encryption.

🗑️ Deleting Your Data

All app data: Settings → Account → Logout & Reset, or uninstall the app
Drive backups: Settings → Google Drive Backup → Delete All Backups

👶 Children's Privacy

DarjiBook is a business tool not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

📝 Changes to This Policy

We will update the "Last Updated" date above when this policy changes. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance.
